Kanye West Selling $4.5 Bachelor pad as he Prepares for Family Life
Kanye West is looking to sell his Bachelor pad located in new York after his partner and reality star Kim Kardashian gave birth to their child North. The Soho pad was designed by architect Claudio Silvestrin and is located on West Houston Street and has a fantastic modern look with high ceilings and a stone basin in the bathroom.
Property brokers who visited the pad said: “The apartment is amazing. If you like modern and sleek spaces, this is it.”
The bachelor pad has been listed on the market for $4.5 million and is surrounded by some A-list celebrities like ‘The Good Wife’ star Julianna Margulies. Sources say Kanye West and his partner are looking to move away to Paris where they will set up life to bring up their daughter North West.
Kanye will be moving using New York long distance moving companies helping him to quickly move into the new pad.
