Raymi, New York’s First Peruvian gourmet restaurant?
One of the best Mexican chefs in America, Richard Sandoval, now open up his new Peruvian restaurant in central NY called Raymi.
The new gourmet dining place can be described as an modern Peruvian restaurant as dynamic as the country it celebrates. Peru is a country blending the Spanish, Japanese and Chinese spirits into their food. Even though the menu covers a wide range of seafood, there are also many vegetarian and meat alternatives. Prices tend to be very affordable.
Peruvian drinks
Enjoy the national spirit of Peru, Pisco. It’s made from a single distillation of wine, which follows a strict production method. Pisco comes in many different flavours, often with various type of fresh fruit. To the right you can see a photo of Pisco Sour. There are obviously many other interesting drinks with Peruvian spirits, such as gooseberry or chichamorada, along with juices and wine at Raymi.
